Women with challenges in their lives require the necessary support to obtain knowledge, skills, abilities and confidence to meet the challenges of independence. We provide all the women that come to us with high quality accommodation, and a comprehensive personalised support package which enables them to achieve the necessary skills to function independently, and positively promote them in maximising their individual potential – whatever that might be!

Transformation provides semi-independent supported housing accommodation for women aged 18+ with medium to high support needs.  Our model developed over ten years is based on extended family allowing for independence with professional and peer review, teaching and nurture.
